Cancellation Policy

We value your business and respect your time, so in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance. The best way to reach us is through text (207-494-4656) or voicemail. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within the 24-hours of your session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. As such, all services require a valid debit or credit card on file when booking. We appreciate your understanding as we have designed this policy out of the desire to provide the best service possible. Scheduling an appointment with Conscious Touch is agreeing to this cancellation policy.
